MARC WAINER

Marc has 34 years’ experience in real estate. He is a non executive director of Hyprop and a director of Redefine International plc. He was an executive director of Madison, non executive chairman of ApexHi and non executive director of Redefine prior to the merger.

Marc is ideally positioned to discuss Redefine’s strategy and objectives, its performance and offshore strategy.

DAVID RICE

David has more than 20 years’ experience in real estate. He was managing director of ApexHi from 2006 until the merger.

David is responsible for the operations of the Redefine portfolio, including leasing, rentals and the day to day property management.

For the “nuts and bolts” details of the performance of the underlying assets, David has the facts and figures of the Redefine portfolio and its tenants at his fingertips.

ANDREW KONIG

Andrew who joined Redefine in January 2011, was previously group finance director at Independent News and Media and chief financial officer at Peermont Global. Andrew’s is responsible for all aspects of finance and supports the CEO in corporate activities, regulatory compliance, investor relations and human resources.

For comment on the company’s financial performance, investor relations and the business’ “numbers”, Andrew is a friendly and approachable contact.

 MIKE LEWIN

Mike has more than 18 years’ experience in retail property, and provides invaluable insight on the Redefine retail portfolio.

He is ideally placed to discuss retail property trends and the performance of the retail properties within the Redefine portfolio.

MIKE RUTTELL

Mike has more than 25 years’ experience on civil engineering and building construction projects.

He is responsible for all development projects and refurbishments in the Redefine portfolio.

With an in depth technical and commercial knowledge of development, Mike is best placed to discuss development trends or provide project-specific information.

PIETER STRYDOM

Pieter is a property management specialist, and was recently appointed as general manager to establish and manage Redefine’s in-house property management division.

GRANT ELLIOTT

Grant’s expertise spans project management, operations, property management and asset management across retail, office and industrial properties. He is responsible for Redefine’s Western Cape portfolio.
