DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY THE REDEFINE EXECUTIVE INCENTIVE SCHEME
Shareholders and noteholders are referred to the notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") distributed to
shareholders on 15 December 2022 which contained, inter alia, information in respect of the proposed
amendments to the Redefine Executive Incentive Scheme relating to the unwind and cancellation of the
Purchase Scheme, which amendments were approved by shareholders at the AGM held on 23 February 2023.
Shareholders and noteholders are accordingly advised of the following information relating to the disposal by
the Redefine Executive Incentive Scheme of the Purchase Scheme Shares on behalf of the Purchase Scheme
participants (including directors, a retired director and key employees of Redefine) as part settlement of the
Scheme Debt in respect of the Purchase Scheme:
