The 18 681-m2 open-air centre boasts medical facilities, a car wash, and branches of Pick n Pay, Woolworths Food, Dis-Chem, and many eateries among its tenants. Shoppers come mainly from the age group 35 to 40 years, with females making up 57% of the shopper profile. Most shoppers are white Afrikaans speakers and fall within the LSM 10 income group. The monthly average income is above R30 000 per household, with an employment rate of 77%. The majority have mobile phones with 66% having Internet access. The catchment area consists of more than 76 000 households with 12 940 buying decision-makers. The centre has a total of 36 tenants, with a Virgin Active health club amongst its anchor tenants.
