Johannesburg CBD: Industrial Property Rental Opportunities

 

The Johannesburg CBD consists mostly of commercial and retail properties, with various small warehouses. The CBD does not have large industrial property spaces so, if you want to rent this type of space in the Johannesburg CBD, you would have to broaden your search a little to other areas beyond but near the city centre. You can find such property on the East Rand, in the northern parts of Johannesburg such as Randburg, in Midrand, and to the south of the CBD in Steeledale.
